Our Peru organic coffee beans come from the Chasqui region in Peru. This wonderful coffee is a collection of lots from around the Chasqui region. Coffee cherries are harvested during the June - October harvest. The cherries are then machine cleaned and processed. After the coffee is dried, it is sorted by color and density to ensure that only the best beans remain.
